Nestled in its own sunny, garden which joins the richly planted larger courtyard garden, it is a haven for birds, bees and butterflies.

A comfortably furnished lounge has a wood-burning stove and a well-stocked bookcase, making it easy to curl up and read a good book in the evenings. There are games and jigsaws and a large flat screen, satellite TV with Irish, English and international channels.

The generous kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave,  coffee maker, cafetiere, electric kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & board, folding drying frame, and lots of pots and pans, utensils and crockery.

Upstairs, the en-suite master bedroom has a 5 ft/1.5m double bed, and it has garden and countryside views. Its en-suite shower room has a shower unit, toilet and a hand basin with a demisting mirror and vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and it also has delightful garden and countryside views.  The family bathroom, located beside the twin bedroom, has a large shower unit, a toilet and hand basin.  Bed linen and towels are provided, as in the other cottages.
